Inspired by the original Yellow Spot, this Single Pot Still comes from the blend of ex-bourbon, sherry and malaga more than 12 years old and not cold-filtered. Malaga brings exotic and slightly sweet notes to whiskey, making the tasting experience unique.
Nose: mowed hay and black pepper. Red peppers, nutmeg, clove oil and green tea.
Palate: gourmet and spicy. Coffee, milk chocolate and crème brûlée. Red apples and toasted oak.
Final: sophisticated and complex. Long and sweet. Mix of red grape must. Dry barley.
