This first edition brings you a blend of whiskies matured in medium-rich Madeira, Muscatel de Setubal, and Douro casks that were toasted and charred before filling. Whisky maturation and blending are both a science and an art form. Although we can explain most of the first part, the second is where magic and alchemy come together to produce sublime quality.

Following the Venakki tradition, these whiskies are bottled at the right time, not by age or other constraints. They are hand-selected from our Private Heritage Reserve (casks that previously contained fine wine) and blended to perfection.

The Portuguese series is the alchemy of terroir, wood casks, time, and blending skills that come together to create this unparalleled whisky of depth and complexity while approachable, attracting both seasoned drinkers and newcomers alike.
