Description

Teeling Single Malt is the third Irish whiskey in the ageless Teeling Premium range. It is a blend of whiskies of different ages, made exclusively from malted barley. The composition of this single malt contains whiskey distilled in 1991. Composed of whiskies matured in five different types of oak barrels: Sherry, Porto, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon, this Single Malt is then bottled without cold filtration at 46% which allows to retain all flavors.
Nose: vigorous with notes of melon, figs, toffee and lemon.
Palate: a mix of dried fruit, citrus, vanilla and cloves.
Final: long with a softness in harmony with the dry tannins of the wood.
