This single malt is made with a blend of second-fill bourbon barrels so as to preserve its fruity character.
the aromatic nose is characterised by malted barley (very lightly smoked) and yeast. Good grip on the palate, quite creamy, confirming the malted notes of the bouquet. The finish is salty and bitter-sweet.
