Description

Matured for a minimum of 21 years in a combination of first-fill ex-sherry casks and ex-bourbon barrels. This venerable limited edition’s sherry cask influence is a little more pronounced than other Red Breast expressions, contributing richness and depth in the form of exotic fruits and spices.

Nose : ample, firm. Crushed blackberries, passion fruit, yellow peaches and spices (cinnamon, ginger) followed by vanilla, chocolate and soft floral notes.

Palate : expressive and textured. Begins exotic with banana and pineapple, aromatic spices (pepper, nutmeg) introduce a dynamic edge to the mid-palate. Raspberries, strawberries and cream emerge alongside a touch of lime blossom honey and fresh coriander
