Kilchoman Sanaig comes from a blend of 50% bourbon casks and 50% sherry casks. A real tribute to the Isle of Islay, Sanaig is also the name of a rocky inlet not far from the Kilchoman distillery.
Nose: Rich. Fruit compote, notes of caramel and vanilla. Palate: Peaty. Notes of toffee and citrus fruit. Finish: A good balance of smoky and fruity flavours with rich undertones.
