The most classic Highland Park 12 year old, is complex and rich. Gold in colour with amber reflections, the full nose, rich enough and quite precise is marked by undergrowth, heather, sherry (light), vanilla, grilled barley and a light smoked. The full, fresh mouth confirms the more balanced nose. The elegant finish is of medium length. A creamy malt that evolves in a beautiful way between heather, ash and a greedy texture (vanilla-woody).
