Glenmorangie chose these casks and bottled this whisky with cocktails and mixed drinks in mind. Dr Bill Lumsden worked with bartenders from around the world to create a malt that would have flavours that would work well mixed. Nose – Succulent scents of pear and vanilla, honeysuckle and oranges. Palate – A delicious extravaganza of flavour, from swirls of orange sherbet to bursts of creme brûlée, drizzled with chocolate fudge.
