Nose: powerful, uncompromising, dominated by sherry cask. Notes of rancio, nuts, honey and coffee. It grows on the fruit, quince and cooked apple. Exotic point. Gingerbread, it becomes more greedy on fruit cake, chocolate and almond milk.
Palate: tannic, coated in dark chocolate. On the spices. Sesame oil. Back on the fruit and the kosher, liquorice.
Final: grows on green malt. Fresh.
