Description
Nose: elegant, racy. Intimately intertwined with one another, all the notes of the aromatic palette are however easily identifiable. In particular: vanilla, cream pudding, exotic fruits (mango, pineapple), ripe fruits (apricot, peach, black currant, prune), peppermint, eucalyptus and cut hay.
Palate: balanced, fresh. Ripe and juicy fruits (mirabelle plum, golden apple) are coated with a thin layer of liquorice and the sweet and invigorating bitterness of the cocoa bean. It gradually becomes vegetal (watercress) and earthy (ginseng root, gentian).
Overall: nuanced, subtle. It initially prolongs the sweet character of the mouth. Citrus fruits (lemon, orange), green walnut, fleur de sel as well as a slight oxidation (burst fruit) give it a lot of liveliness and naturalness.
