Dalmore’s Dominium was previously only available in Travel Retail. It features whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak and then finished in first fill old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks.
Nose: Spicy, vinous and honeyed with incense notes.
Palate: Exotic spice, sweet chilli, dried fruit and mixed peels.
Finish: Fruit salad, caramel and a little black pepper.
