Description
The Cardhu distillery (from the Gaelic, ‘cardow’ meaning ‘black rock’) was founded by John Cumming in 1824 in the heart of Speyside. Using water from the clear springs of Mannoch Nose : rounded and fruity with sweet ripe pears.
Palate : velvety, rich malt character with a touch of oak.
Overall : well-rounded and warming with honey and oak.Hill, he created a well-rounded, fragrant single malt which reflects the classic Speyside style.
