Description

Nose: rich and spicy, the first nose expresses sherry and tobacco with a slight smoky impression. It then becomes more fruity and pastry on notes of cake with oranges, apricots, dates and almonds on a chocolate background. At dilution the vegetable notes (foin, peppermint) are more present in the glass.

Palate: soft and oily. It is marked by wax and precious wood. Fine and syrupy at the same time, it evolves on toffee and caramel, orangette and candied fruit.

Final: very long and slightly tannic, on lemongrass and spices.
