A very interesting 18 year old release from the Isle of Jura. After 18 full years of maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels this Jura is then moved to Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux wine casks, which have added an extra layer of depth to this whisky.
Nose: Aromas of toffee, tropical fruits and cinnamon.
Palate: Flavours of rich black forest fruit, cocoa and coffee.
