Amber in colour with greenish reflections, the full nose is fresh, spicy and relatively creamy. The drier mouth has hints of liquorice, sherry and spices as well as a hint of peat. The finish is long with notes of liquorice and toasted cereal. A gourmet whisky of good level in a simple register.
